Shocking service from Sage

Sage Online Accounting has been off since 17 January with no communication from them whatsoever other than to say they are aware of the problem, but there is no ETA as to when it will be fixed. There seems to be no urgency from there side and they couldn't care less. Yesterday they promised to get a manager to phone me, I am still waiting. I understand that issues happen, however to be off line for this period of time is completely unacceptable. Looks like Xero is looking like the place to go.
