SHOCKING SERVICE

Yesterday I called for assistance and was put through to various departments. Finally, when I was going to be put through to yet another - Renewals - I asked the lady to please get them to call me as I had been on the phone for a considerable time already which she said she would. 24 hours later and I still have not heard from them !
