Shameless service. System not usable

Systems went down last week Thursday. I am unable to print out a simple GL account.

I am unable to print out a simple GL account on an accounting software we have actually BOUGHT from you.

Called in and was told that the query had been escalated (Siyabonga and Phili (?). Managers refused to take my call or call me back on Friday afternoon as they were about to knock off. The system still isnt working as of tonight (5 business days later!!!) and I have had ZERO feedback.

No assistance. No effort whatsoever. Shocking non existent service levels!
