SERVER ISSUES - Whole Work Week

I do not do reviews or have the need to rate businesses badly...as a business owner I am aware that sometimes there are challenges...But this time I had to simply say something. We have been using Sage Accounting Online since 2015/6 and have never experienced such an extended and most frustrating time of being off line. We have not been able to do any quotes or invoices this entire work week. Clients are getting frustrated and we are losing work. I sincerely trust that at least a week of our subscription fees will be credited.
