Same generic answer to every question
I told Sage that it was influencing my business badly, because I was not receiving banking updates. They sent me a generic letter referring me to videos. I phoned the help line and someone tried to help. I phoned again when that didn't work, and now keep getting a generic response from them. They thank me for paying every month, but it is too much hassle to actually take 5 minutes to help me. I would not recommend Sage One to anyone
