Sage worst accounting product on the market.

I'm not sure if Sage has been contaminated with the Covid Virus, however the last two years have been an absolute nightmare. It's not even that there are issues with the product its that Sage doesn't do anything about the problem and you wait on hold for hours without assistance. How can bank feeds be down month end? How are we to send bank statements to customers. No assistance is availalbe, no notice of changes made to the system. How can a reputable company treat customers like their problems dont exist!!!
