Sage won't fix my bank feeds

I run a small business and for more than a year the Sage bank feed for my accounts has not been downloading. I have phoned the help centre several times, my tax consultant and bookkeeper has tried, I have been to the bank to check if there is any problem on their side, which there is not. I am paying for nothing and I can't understand why Sage can't fix it.
