SAGE VIP PAYROLL

Sage VIP whilst a great piece of software is atrocious when working in the cloud. One would think that with modern apps being in the cloud they would have a system that works..

Then to speak of the support - this is non existent. They proudly advertise Sage City but I think its just a way to get people not to call in. Then whilst holding you are told that their software can do it all. Nonsense!! The service is non-existent and when one eventually gets to speak to an agent you get passed around and the software still is not working and does nothing..
