Sage Sucks

Sage takes your money Pro Rata. Complaining falls onto deaf ears. You do not have a foot to stand on. I use them as my point of sale program. Offline for 3 days now....They are costing me money we are loosing jobs because of no quotations going out. I have almost 20000 products can not remember all the pricing. I am pulling my hair out. Staff sitting around getting paid to do absolutely nothing. When you phone in you either get a SORRY we no nothing or they drop the call. I will be moving to a company that actually cares about their customers. Oh to speak to a manager is impossible you can leave a message or mail...neither of these ever get a reply....
