Sage South Africa Unexpected Downtime.

Sage has worked very well for our business over the past years, but recently we have experienced more and more problems. Now it seem the systems has completely crashed. Is our data safe? Will we be able to retrieve it? The lost of business due to your Unexpected Downtime is costing us dearly. As with many other services in our country it seems Sage have joined the downwards spiral and it reeks of incompetency.
