Sage South Africa *****s your money

Very, very bad service! I was continuously charged for the Sage business cloud accounting service I was no longer using and after being dragged around for my refund, I was told my refund would be processed in 14 - 21 days. It's now been almost 3 months still waiting for this. I have been sent from pillar to post with non-responsiveness and absolute incompetency. For a business, this is utterly shocking and in absolute bad taste. I have dealt with a Jerry Madiga who has promised to have my refund processed but still nothing. I was also referred to a Grant Colledge who just never responds. At this point, I've completely had it with Sage. My advice to anyone who uses Sage, NEVER, EVER use the recurring payments function. It is utter nonsense and they still bill you even if you're not using their service anymore and then do not refund your money. This is tantamount to *******!!
