Sage South Africa hits rock bottom in service delivery and accounting errors. If you thinking of choosing Sage Accounting - don't! Stay well away. Their technical support and service is almost non-existent, we have, on a few occasions ,had invoice numbers duplicated, clients billed twice on the recurring system, missing invoice numbers in a sequence, try and send more than 150 statements at month end and the system crashes. It is nigh impossible to get anyone on the phone. Our system goes offline a number of times each day (host server error message) and they flatly refuse to pass any credits for downtime. Worst software company ever.
