SAGE SA very bad service , should be zero star ,

Sage online is becoming a problem and non dependent accounting software , (a) site is always slow, (b) keeps on going in error ,(c) page hangs and blank for a while, you have take a step back in order to refresh the page ,(d) further important issue is you know you have posted, payments and reconciled debtors/suppliers and to later find some have shown outstanding when processing statements etc.., (e) my Balance sheet don't balance, how s that possible all posting is a double entry system, still no reply to that ,(f) support you have to wait 2 hours , (g)email response takes 2 days ,how can you run a business on a accounting software backed by a big company like Sage Pastel, i complain because i depend on this not to fail as an accountant, been working with it for a few years , and always ignored the glitches , - redone work redone work and redone work ,because by the time they answer , redoing it is quicker,
