SAGE SA - THE GREAT BIG BLACK HOLE WHERE EMAILS GO TO DIE

0701 WE WROTE "We have a few queries / requests as follows: 1. On 3 December 2019 we paid R2 012.00 to our W35875 account incorrectly. Theses funds were intended for our W***75 account. Can you kindly arrange to switch these funds? 2. We are a SAGE Rewards customer : ***0014. To date, and despite numerous queries as attached, we have yet to receive these rewards. Kindly investigate and arrange for these to be provided to us. 3. From October 2019 our payroll subscription for W***75 was switched from ‘up to 50 employees’ to the new threshold of ‘up to 130 employees’ resulting in a cost increase to us of R 1 182.39 or 118.36% . This is unfortunately entirely unacceptable to us and amounts to nothing short of ******ion by SAGE. We have 51 employees loaded. Effectively this means that for 50, we were paying R 999.01 pm and now for 1 we are paying R 1 182.39 pm! Accordingly, before moving our payroll to one of your competitors, we would prefer to grant SAGE some time to apply their minds to this silly pricing structure and increase, and provide us with an alternative, greatly reduced, price. 4. We also have a Pastel package with yourselves which kindly cancel immediately. We have been unable to access this programme since 15 July 2019. Your support advised we had a virus attack on our computer. At significant expense to ourselves, we have had two independent technicians scrutinise our computer and both have confirmed we have no virus but have been unable to restore our files. We have debated this back and forth with your support team to no avail. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, SAGE have religiously continued to debit us monthly for an absolutely defunct programme that SAGE are well aware of, having accessed our PC remotely and seen the carnage for themselves. We would like our money back from end July 19 to date. 5. Finally, on 7 August 2019 we paid for an eLearning course as attached. Despite numerous correspondence since then, we have never been able to access the course. Accordingly we shall be grateful to receive a full refund. We look forward to receipt of your urgent advices." 2201 WE WROTE "Regrettably we have yet to receive the courtesy of any response." 0503 WE RECEIVED "1. Please note that the transfer will be done and an updated statement for W***75 will be sent through to you . 2. The rebates are currently paid through to Netcash , which will have to pay through to you. 3. The number of employee issue , I will escalate the query to our cloud team to evaluate and advise . 4. Which pastel package do you need to be cancelled ? account number ? 5. Elearning course – Who assisted you with booking the course and how much was paid ? 1903 WE WROTE "Kindly see our comments / questions in red font below. 1.This has yet to be received. 2.Thank you. This has been resolved. 3.When might we anticipate receiving a response? 4.We provided our account number 5.Reference: ******xx email address @sage.com amount R0000.00 0304 WE WROTE "Please, please, please can we receive a response to all these queries????" 0604 - WE DISCUSSED TELEPHONICALLY "Further to my telecom with ****** he would like to know which of the below points still need resolution. 0704 - WE WROTE "These stalling tactics are becoming exceedingly tiresome. Even when you copy in the Vice President - Partners, Accountants and Alliances: Africa and Middle East at Sage you are ignored. ******xx, ALL FOUR THE BELOW POINTS STILL REQUIRE TO BE RESOLVED!!!! We have not heard a word from anybody at SAGE.

Reviewer Update
A short update on the joke that pretends to be an accounting software company but is in fact nothing short of a 'highway ******'.
  1. We requested On 3 December 2019 we paid R2 012.00 to our W35875 account incorrectly. Theses funds were intended for our W***75 account. Can you kindly arrange to switch these funds? .....................and lo and behold, its now 19 May and this company cannot switch a payment between 2 accounts. Their own software package is capable of this.
  2. From October 2019 our payroll subscription for W***75 was switched from ‘up to 50 employees’ to the new threshold of ‘up to 130 employees’ resulting in a cost increase to us of R 1 182.39 or 118.36% . Discussed this with 3 different people since my original post culminating with a chat with a lovely lady on 0605, Londani, who confirmed she would be resetting and reversing this cost and I would be copied on an email. No email received yet, of course, BUT I did receive an email today advising as follows "Credit and re-invoice request declined by billing
Once again customer was billed on active employee count and unless customer can confirm us that employees were deleted on customers side and we were notified to downgrade." We have counted three times. We only have 51 payrolls.
  3. Finally, on 7 August 2019 we paid for an eLearning course as attached. Despite numerous correspondence since then, we have never been able to access the course. Accordingly we shall be grateful to receive a full refund.
We look forward to receipt of your urgent advices." on 050/05 we received an email from SAGE stating "The refund was declined ". We responded " Regrettably Ntombi we will require a little more than that it “was declined”.
In fact, we decline to accept that it was declined. " We haven't heard a word since.
I truly believe that this organisation is in a total shambles and the left hand does not even know there exists a right hand.
Shocking, abhorrent, disgusting service.
