Sage - Run by Idiots

BEE in true form - a lack of foresight. They have had nothing but trouble with SAGE Accounting because they didn't have the foresight to see that their servers were reaching capacity and that they also needed more bandwidth. So over the past two weeks the platform has been performing dismally and automated recurring batches are failing to mail. My batch of over 100 invoices that was supposed to mail on the 19th did not mail and I spent my day dealing with irate clients when I sent out my statement run. What a mess.

And all SAGE can say is "We're sorry" No offer to have their team run the batch for me today. I had to spend hours re-sending each invoice manually.

Can someone recommend an accounting system that has no connection to SAGE - because clearly SAGE is run by *********** people who actually have no idea what they are really doing.
