SAGE payroll support

It seems to me that the consultants in the payroll support does not have any clue on how to give advise on how to solve your problems or help you with questions. I am so disappointed with their service. I asked one question regarding seperate payslip and I was advice to book a consultant.....I mean a consultant cost a lot of money working at R960 per hour is outrages and now I have to book a consultant just to answer me one question...........SAGE get your support people more training.... I have solve the problem on my own Thank you
