SAGE Payroll back office system does not exist!!

This rating should be a -5 star rating.

SAGE Payroll has the worst back office system ever. I've been sending email after email, calling numbers that just keep on ringing.

Was hoping that this had been sorted from 09 January 2019, when I received an email stating that the fee I've been charged is the minimum. My question is if one of my clients is being charged R110 for 5 employees, why am I being charged R200 for 1 employee?

I will never recommend this payroll system to any of my clients ever again, in fact the ones I have converted I will find another cloud based payroll system for them to use and get them to change it.
