Sage Payroll accounting department sucks!

I use Sage's Online Payroll and I have endless issues with their accounts department. They are forever creating a ****-up on my account and I then get locked out of my account. I'm then held hostage to their mistakes. Even after making payment 2 weeks ago my account is still blocked. When I call in to find out the problem, I then receive a consultant who is rude and provides no explanation to why my account has not been sorted out. This is an ongoing issue with them. They either don't apply payments or the apply wrong payment to my account. Program is great, but their accounting department sucks.
