SAGE Payroll

SAGE Payroll has been overcharging me for 10 months without an explanation. Support team, even accounts cannot explain the charge but my account keeps on being blocked unless i make a payment. I am seriously disappointed about the level of service especially the silent treatment that i have been receiving it is so disappointing.
