Sage pastel poor support

I registered for the cloud version and decided on pastel since my accountants use this too. I have tried calling Pastel various times (no answer) and have send multiple emails. To date no response. Luckily I have a 30 day trial before I start paying and will stop using Pastel and look for a product with some proper support.
