SAGE PASTEL PAYROLL BEHIND THE TIMES

Sage Pastel Payroll is on my list of companies to dump after 20 years. I have had months of work correcting my returns to MIBFA because Pastel payroll is not updating when the legislative changes are made. Consequently, in the past, my returns were all incorrect and we faced legal actions and fines from MIBFA. I am now super careful to make sure I MAKE MY CHANGES MANUALLY .... ONE EMPLOYEE AT A TIME. This is an extremely time consuming process. The changes were implemented in march for April and to date Sage Pastel Payroll has not effected the changes. There is now another change re percentage contribution which will create further problem going forward
