Sage Pastel

<p>About 3 months ago I enrolled myself and a couple of my staff on an ecourse. My staff proceeded with the course but i could not register to start the course as some years ago one of my staff had done a course and her password (whatever that may have been)was registered to my email and ID. Pastel wanted to speak to this person who is no longer employed by me to get permission for me to do the course. I was absolutely flabbergasted at how rediculous this was. I told them to refund my money on the course since they were not going to allow me to do the course. That didn't happen. But have you ever heard of anything more rediculous or incongruous. Since I personally will not be allowed to do any courses with Pastel I am faced with changing my clients to another bookkeeping program. This is so inconvenient and utterly stupid. </p>
