SAGE OVER CHARGING ON DEBIT ORDERS

Last week, I complained about being overcharged on my subscription. I went through my statements, and I have come to learn that this, has been happening since March 2024.

I phoned Sage the whole day, and I was put through to different departments, and no one could help me. At last I was told to phone Netcash, who was also not able to help me. Surely SAGE should be able to see how much money is being collected from their clients. A consultant was to phone me but did not get back to me. In the meantime, I am out of funds.

This is ********* business practice; I would advise people to stay away from businesses like this.

Yes, she phoned. We have discovered that I have been overcharged by 17,000 on my Sage One account.

Clearly there should be a procedure on your part to avoid these issues.

She is from the Xpress department, and I am waiting for a call from the Cloud department and hoping this will happen today. 17,000 is a lot of money
