SAGE ONLINE SERVER ISSUES AND NO CUSTOMER CARE

Its has been a crazy frustrating six weeks where Sage Online apparently have server issues and as a business owner we are having little to no customer service and feedback on when the issue will be resolved. Hd***1 - this is my reference number, as I am currently still struggling to keep my allocations saved on Sage - and work is just heaping up, I am number 65 in the Que, yet again, without any solution in the pipeline. Considering switching accounting systems as my business cannot afford the quality of service and the struggles we are experiencing with Sage Online.
