Sage Online Offline too long!

No IT issue with this impact can last for almost 10 Days??? Come one. This is not the 90's anymore. We cannot invoice or quote for the last 9 days and it is now Invoicing time. I understand issues happen but I do NOT understand that it takes 9 days for a company like SAGE to fix it. Time to move to Xero.
