Sage Online - HOW?

ABSLOUTELY DISGUSED! 10 DAYS AND STILL NO SERVICE??? Do you know how much businesses are loosing? How can you not have a backup of such a important system? I think someone needs to get fired for this. I also hope you wont be expecting customers to pay for a service that has been offline for so long.
