Sage online accounting unreliable and has not been working for days

Since Monday 18/01/2021 I have been unable to do ANY work for my business on the Sage online accounting website due to problems with their site not functioning properly.

It is incredibly frustrating as I have urgent work that I can not do. This downtime of their service is costing my business money.

I have sent numerous emails to their support without any response either.

Since Monday their website says -Performance Update: We are aware of the current speed and logon challenges being experienced by our customers

I expect in the least to be contacted and also credited for all the downtime experienced where I am unable to use the service that I am paying for.
