Sage Online Accounting
Sage Online accounting system has been down since doing repairs on Sunday 16 January 2021. Since then not much has been able to be done on the program. This program creates my companies income. Without access to it, we are not able to earn a living. The whole incident has been handled by Sage in a very unfortunate manner with no high level communication. There are many people who need better communication and a lot better service..

28 Jan 2021, 13:35Thank you Heidi but as you know and can read from your Sage City, we have been asking for Senior Director involvement and this has not happened, this was my last ditch attempt to see how seriously Sage takes this situation. If you read the correspondence on Sage City, it is obvious that the above stock emails sent out above that you have been putting on have not been telling the whole truth. I understand you are one person and can only do what one person can do, however this problem is now a lot bigger than you, the consequences of not putting in vat for over 15 companies is very dire for my business, as well as all of them. Most of them have been hit very hard with COVID and do not have the money to pay Fines and penalties. The entire discussion on Sage City at the moment is how do you move away from Sage, I find it very ironic that a platform Sage has set up is now dedicated to how do I leave this company.
