Sage One tecnical assistance absolutely useless.

I have been trying for 3 days to get assistance in a Sage One issue. All without success. I've sent many emails, spent 40 minutes on hold waiting on the line and spent hours on the live helpline all without any success.

The kicker is that I just received an email stating that the matter has been resolved?!!!!!!!!! Are they mad?
