Sage One Support Non-Existent

I am using Sage One for precisely a year now. I must say, their support services is non existent. I emailed them multiple times and also contacted them on the contact us on Sage One to query issues and just no reply or response comes from them. Time is ticking to move to a other provider. Can't deal with such unprofessional service.
