Sage One Payroll - Advisor Portal

I’m a registered Sage One Payroll Advisor since April 2016. I receive a discounted rate on payroll. In August 2017 the accounts department started billing me on the normal rate. After sending my certificate to them several times they’ve managed to bill me on the advisor rate again. The problem is, they have to credit me for the months they’ve over billed me. I’ve been trying to sort this out for months. My account is blocked now and I am unable to issue payslips. I am considering another payroll package as Sage One Payroll can’t look after their Advisors.
