@Sage Don't you realize your incompetence has a direct impact on small businesses using your platform??? How is it possible for you not to have a backup for something like this???? We cannot log in, We cannot update banking transactions, We cannot invoice our client, We cannot send statements. Our businesses are standing still and all because you fix your system.

25 Jan 2021, 13:13Dear Sage, your answer is complete nonsense. No one can log into your platform. It's ridiculous for you to even suggest that some of your clients can access it. We have been aware of your situation for the last 10 days, we cannot function as a business because you are completely useless when it comes to problem-solving. In the last 10 days, nothing was improved. You have not done anything to correct this situation. The only thing you issue is these generic answers that do not provide any information or any time line as to when we can expect a resolution to this situation.
