SAGE ONE ACCOUNTING WORST ACCOUNTING PACKAGE

Beyond useless and ***********. I have been transferred from pillar to post and after speaking to over 12 people no one was prepared or able to assist. Their system is always down or gives you system errors. It is month end and once again I am unable to print statements or invoices or transaction reports. Business during these times is hard enough without your accounting package letting you down. Their call centre staff are useless , switchboard pathetic .

I have been using this system for 6 years and the services and backup is getting worse. Stay away.
