Sage One Accounting - No Support

Its almost impossible to get support for Sage One Accounting. I've been trying for 3 days now, online chat gets disconnected, emails don't get responded to and I waited almost 10 minutes on the phone before putting down the handset. When I finally got someone on Chat it auto disconnects at 4pm halfway through the issue. If I could cancel I would.

Thank you for your post - please would you be able to get in touch with our Customer Care Team- Please will you let them have your details so that they can investigate your query. Possibly also give Customer Care the name of the consultant that you were chatting to the last time you disconnected. You are able to drop them an email on ***
