Sage One Accounting

Good evening,

For the month of January Sage One Accounting has been more unavailable than available? We need to send invoices, yes it is a Friday evening, but after hours is the only time I have to do all admin. How could our business run smoothly if the accounting system we are paying a substantial amount for is not running smoothly? Do we receive credit for these time slots that you are unavailable??

If someone else is reading here, please recommend another company with less issues?
