Sage one Accounting

Can never get through to anyone. Just keeps on hold for ages. Email is never answered except by robot email which says someone will respond. They obviously do not have enough support staff. Very disappointed after many years of paying subscription fees. If you don't pay, they cut you off very fast but try and talk to someone and you get no help.
