SAGE OFFERING WORST SERVICE

Sage Business Cloud Accounting is by far the worst technical support I have EVER experienced! Can you believe that my "accounting" software does NOT ALLOW ME TO EMAIL me invoices or quotations, thus HOW do they expect me to do business!?
