Sage not interested in finding new customers

For the last couple of weeks we have been trying to talk to someone at Sage about switching to their Sage online accounting service. Their sales consultants seem to have better things to do than talk to prospective customers or send quotes that were promised. Not sure how they plan to stay in business, if this is their attitude.

Is this some kind of sick joke? Do you have nothing better to do with your time than jerk people around? I tried your suggestion. I requested a call-back for this afternoon, when I was in the office. NOBODY BOTHERED TO CALL. Your systems don't work. Your salespeople are a joke. And we will not be using your pathetic system, if this is any indication of the general level of incompetence throughout the Sage organization.

All information has just been sent via email. Although, given your track record so far, I don't really expect an actual response from Sage. This HelloPeter thing seems to be merely window dressing where you guys pretend to respond to customer complaints, in order to attract more business. If Sage ran a real business, that cared about its customers, complaints would not have to appear on HelloPeter before you responded. It's sad that this is the depth to which South African companies have sunk. You are all that is wrong with this country. Companies like Sage are destroying the SA economy and the exchange rate, forcing people to strike and riot in the streets, forcing people to flee the country and move overseas, and even responsible for the high petrol price. Think about it. You know it's true. If everyone did their jobs, performed efficiently, responded to customer queries, then businesses would make money, staff would receive decent salaries, crime and *******ion would decrease, etc. Think about that next time you ignore a customer complaint.
