SAGE NOT HELPFUL. CANT PRINT INVOICES VIA CHROME

For more than two weeks I can't print my invoices via Chrome on Sage Accounting One. This is a Sage issue and confirmed by Sage technicians. When I click on the printer icon on the top nothing happens. Now I have to do a detour to print the invoices, which is time consuming. The Sage technicians keep on saying they are busy working on it.
