The program was houghton 2 years, and for 2 years we struggle with the license issue. More than 4 month without die of *********** people working there. The program was bought with a yearlly license and some one *********** change it to month. Every 2 month we going through the same thing email documents, Even the sales person confirm it. And still this id going on! Pathetic service people not return or coming back. Holding hours and email after email. Still this is happening. Can this be sorted out for once and for all? I want credit for these month! I want this restore ASAP!
