Sage HR and Payroll ignore emails, requests and complaints

Sage HR and Payroll ignore emails, requests and complaints. When they call you and ask for information - they still ignore your response. I have requested a cancellation of the SAGE HR and Payroll option since 2020. I have emailed, called and had absolutely no service. The service is poor unless you are trying to buy something. There is a distinct lack of interest or customer service, which is ********** for a service package. 2 years and still no resolution or answers to written requests or complaints.
