SAGE HR and Payroll

Sage's customer service is pathetic. I have been trying for almost 1 year to cancel my subscription to their Payroll program. They simply ignore my mails (although they were read) and keep on sending me invoices and statements. This leaves a very bad taste in the mouth. SAGE is a huge international company and one would expect better service.
