Sage has no regard for its clients - Repost of my experience from the 13 Nov 2020 -

This is a repost of Nov last year - I have since started to move over to Xero - and if not for this decision - I would have been dead in the water

My recommendation is to move away as quick as you can - please see a verbatim review from last year

Sage accounting does not fail to disappoint - The level of instability – and share latency of your systems have the question raised whether SAGE is an SOE • Your communication is constant – just empty without any substance – • Promises bountiful – overpromise and under deliver • Support – number exists – but impossible to use o The above is the mantra of SAGE by experience

As a consumer of your product for the last 6 years - I am using the word disgusted as a rose-covered explanation of my feeling towards your product – service, and support .

Your trust index of 2.6 on Hello Peter further echoes my sentiment – ( Note 2.6 is very bad – it seems the basics needs to be highlighted) -this means that current consumers have a negative promoting sore – this 60% of your base of clients will tell people to STAY AWAY from SAGE .

Since SAGE is part of the larger stable – I have also further take SAGE X3 – and Evolution - out of my consideration for all ERP site evaluations – and only look at Syspro and SAP – since if you cannot handle your baby product – what is the chances you can handle an ERP.

No apologies and or explanations have even been given – your attitude of too big to fail will – will prove time and time again that it is incorrect – you do not even offer the consumer intellectual feedback on plausible reasons – and dare to ask to be transferred to a senior person – gets the called cut immediately

Your Important information is about as informative as your failures on the Bank feeds over the years ( useless echoes of repeated failures with a slight note of – we are going to try again – and again and again – your consumers are not subscribing to a product that is trying – they are expecting it to work )
