Sage - Full of potential but fails to deliver

Expensive software that is down more than it is up. When you phone them to tell them that the service doesn't work, they say "refresh your browser". We are a internet service provider that cannot access any accounting for the past 2 days. Some customers, when told our accounting was down, they asked if it is Sage as they have become well known for their inferior service delivery.
