Sage disaster

Since the end of January 2021, Sage is an absolute disaster. Cannot run my business and invoice clients. Only promises and no results, it is time that Sage play open cards on what is really wrong and communicate with their customers. If you claim for a refund, you are quietly referred to some other department and then silence. If you do not renew in time, you are immediately denied access. The bottom line is that my business is surviving Covid but will most probably not survive Sage. Time for all the users to get together and make a big claim against Sage
