Sage Debtors Manager Fault & Wasted Money
I've been using Sage for over 10 years. I started using the Debtors Manager, set up and paid month after month. Turns out it wasn't working - an issue on Sage's side. I canceled the service and requested a refund on the package that I did not receive, and have been following up for over 6 months with no resolution or assistance. Bad service in this department.

15 May 2023, 19:57Hi, I was called on Monday to be advised it would be resolved. I provided all invoices and proof attached by email, and no response for a week since then. I paid for the debtors manager add-on from March 2022 and the service hasn't been provided/debtors software hasn't run since then (reports showed they were empty but I can't pull a new report since canceling to avoid further payments going off) - a huge amount of money paid for nothing. Please resolve and refund this due to the software not working properly.
