28 Jan 2021 at 08:49am Sage Pastel not working for 10 days!!! I have used Sage Pastel for many years and as their client base and business has grown their system has not been able to keep up. Sage Pastel seems to have ground to a halt and has been non-functional for the past 10 days!!! Their support team don't seem to exist but oh dose their sales team answer phones always. My business is now suffering because of their incompetency. Can someone at Sage please sort this out - fire your IT staff and get people who know what they are doing!
