Sage data extraction - No help

I am being sent from pillar to post. I need help extracting and sorting data that I loaded onto Sage one. I was just on a call with an agent and the second it was 5 o clock my call was dropped. What terrible service and I have not even signed yet. Pleased note if you going to use Sage one with Sage pay. You yourself will have to re enter all you supplier information, thats email, bank account, bank name, company name, contact details and all of that again into Sage pay because no one is competent enough to do it and the two companies cannot communicate and transfer the information for you conveniently. Today I spent one whole day waiting for a reply from Sageone, Sage Pay and finally calling the call center. All I need is for Sage one to help me get all the info I spent days loading over to Sage pay. THAT IS ALL.
