SAGE continues to take money out my credit card even though 1 company was cancelled

SAGE accounting software continue to debit me for 2 company's every month even though notice was given many months ago to cancel the additional company. I have sent many emails, all to just be ignored. Would not recommend them due to their terrible service they offer. The online package is great but a great product with zero service is pointless.
