SAGE CLOUD - NO SERVICE AT ALL, WHAT A MESS !!!

SAGE Cloud Accounting: We converted from Partner to Cloud. AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER. Cloud did not convert the foreign currency correctly at all . Suddenly there are entries which were not made????? We have send NUMEROUS emails requesting that the mess be sorted out. NO ONE replies. We are at our wits end, and would never recommend Sage Cloud to friends nor foes!!
